We ask for at least  24 hours notice to reschedule an appointment.

Products with a receipt may be exchanged within 30 days of purchase for store credit.

All gift cards must be presented at time of service. Please purchase gift cards carefully as they are not refundable.

We stand behind our work. If you are not happy with your hair cut, come back within 5 days and we will make an effort to Satisfy you.

If you feel you would be more comfortable or better served by another member of our staff, please let us know. Our staff works as a team to guarantee your complete satisfaction. Never hesitate to ask for a new stylist with a fresh point of view.
